Gary said: I acquired this bike in a multiple bike/boat trade
from a friend. It was a pretty much "ridden hard - put away wet" sort
of bike. But it had great period correct bones. MX suspension, Akront
shouldered rims, stripped out electrics, plastic fenders - what an early
racer might have done to be competitive with a mere enduro. The bike's
design changed several times over the build, but ultimately I see it
as a "Gravel Tracker". Maybe a custom scrambler is the more in vogue
term. In any event, here she is! |
